Product quality is our lifeblood. Without it, the whole premise on which our business has been built, is no longer valid. Manufacturing and marketing quality composite block is our sole activity. Other products or sideshows do not distract us. We deliver product throughout Europe and service our customer base through our extensive sales network, which is controlled from our Irish headquarters.

Our production system is the most modern and technically advanced yet to be developed. We are the first to employ extrusion production technology in this context, which brings product consistency to a new level. We carry out continuous in-line quality checks, which mean that any mutant product is quickly identified and isolated.

In essence, we are a recycling company specialising in the conversion of “waste” wood into a new saleable, added value product. In environmental terms our activity is classed as “closed loop” in that our end product is itself recyclable. We employ a highly advanced cleaning system that allows us to optimise yields of wood suitable for recycling, which carries environmental as well as efficiency benefits. Our activity is therefore positioned at a high level in the scale of environmental good practice.
